Lake House - Nature and Peace was designed for those seeking tranquility and a connection with nature. The spacious living room is perfect for socializing, while the fully equipped kitchen meets all culinary needs. The highlight is the large property with direct access to Conceição Lagoon, exclusive to guests, offering a serene and natural retreat.

Guests have full access to the house and property, including the lagoon. The space is shared with another house on the same property, but each area is well-defined to ensure privacy for all. The house offers on-site parking and large outdoor areas for exclusive use.

Rio Vermelho has regular public transportation connecting the area to other parts of Florianópolis, including the city center and nearby neighborhoods. For greater convenience, especially when exploring beaches and trails, using a car or ride-sharing apps is recommended.
